LaunchPad $50K Pitch Competition
October 10th, 2008The LaunchPad $50K Pitch Competition is on. Each participant gets 90 seconds to pitch their idea, which is then voted on by the audience in order to select the winner.
First up, a pitch for Casual Gaming.
Next, a pitch to improve the design time of semiconductors.
Now a smartphone companion - a watch connected to your phone connected by bluetooth, which will show the key part of your message.
Next, Sustainable Waterloo. Facilitating collaboration between different organizations and levels of government to reduce CO2 emissions. An entrepreneurial solution to the global problem of climate change.
Now, Come Work With Me. Speed dating for the corporate world.
Lastly, a UW patent pending technology to overcome wireless channel fading. He pitched at StartupCampWaterloo as well. They feel that IPTV and WiMax are the killer apps.
